Program 101E Class A CDL Driver Training is designed to prepare the entry-level commercial driver to successfully complete the State of Oregon commercial driving test AND prepare the entry-level commercial driver for a career as a commercial truck driver with an educational emphasis placed on over-the-road driving. Many entry-level commercial drivers will be driving over the road for the first 2 years of their career; however, local employment is an option as well.

Program Timeline

4 consecutive weeks for 40 hours per week or
8 consecutive weeks at 20 hours per week for the night class.

A Fast-Track Path to Your CDL

This is a 4- or 8-week program (depending on day or night class); however, if needed, additional training will be provided to students to obtain the goal of a licensed Class A commercial driver. Training may extend, without charge, for an additional week.

This is a relatively fast-paced program. Students need to make every attempt to attend daily in a punctual fashion.
